Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Air Ticketing. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are interested in starting their career in the travel and aviation industry. The successful candidate will assist customers with air travel bookings and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in booking air tickets for domestic and international flights.

Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and baggage policies.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings and cancellations.

Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and customer interactions.

Work with airline systems to issue tickets and manage reservations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales targets.
