Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Thrive Process (International Voice)

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (Based on Experience)

Shift: Rotational UK/US Shift

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer queries related to banking services with a customer-first approach.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines.
• Meet daily KPIs, SLAs, quality scores, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Eligibility

• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
• Minimum 6 months to 4 years of International Voice Process / BPO experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational UK/US shifts.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
