We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications( Developer/Architect) to join our Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division Bangalore Team.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN Office KA-India

What you will do

• Lead and manage development team to provide technical design and implementation mentorship and oversight
• Lead analysis architecture design and development of Enterprise solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders Enterprise Architects application development and cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
• Work closely with cross functional application teams to develop POCs and the solution.
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality security scalability extendibility optimization and sustainability.
• Build and improve software architecture based on the requirements and design elements.
• Analyze and improve stability scalability and the performance of products.
• Provide leadership and expertise in the development of standards architectural governance design patterns and best practices including technical guidance/development mentorship.
• Partner with Enterprise application development teams across all aspects of technology projects.
• Design and develop common components services and frameworks to be used by Application Development Teams.

What you will have

• 8 years of hands on experience in Enterprise application architecting and application integration development including SDLC Object-oriented and Full Stack application programming
• 10 years Development (.NET Core WinForm WCF WPF MVC C# ASP) experience
• 10 years of Web Design (HTML XML JavaScript CSS) experience
• 10 years of Web Service and API Design (SOAP REST) experience
• 10 years of database modeling and design
• MS SQL Server Oracle Database MySQL and PostgreSQL experience
• Development implementation using Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodology
• Implementation experience preparing reports with SSRS and RDLC.
• Experience with multi-tier system development
• JavaScript/DHTML HTML XML J2EE jQuery CSS
• 5 years of resource management experience
• Legacy and data migration experience
• Functional knowledge of Transportation and Manufacturing Domain
• GIT TFS and Azure knowledge
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be a team player
• Proficiency on asynchronous programming Generics Threading etc.
• Object-oriented programming
• Azure DevOps or similar products for setting up CI/CD platform is a plus
• Having Azure cloud services is a plus.

Domain experience:

• Experience in Manufacturing industry with exposure to developing engineering applications is desirable

Additional Information:

• Work Timings: 01:00 Noon -10:00PM IST
• This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
