Manager OSD Engineering

We are hiring for a Top 10 Pharmaceutical Company in India for the position of Manager – Process Engineering. The role is responsible for handling process engineering activities related to OSD manufacturing and packing equipment at a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling installation operation troubleshooting and optimization of OSD manufacturing machines and packing machines.
• Managing equipment qualification validation and process improvement activities.
• Ensuring smooth machine performance with minimum downtime.
• Coordinating with Production Maintenance QA and Engineering teams for efficient operations.
• Monitoring machine efficiency productivity and compliance with GMP/cGMP requirements.
• Leading technology transfer equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handling vendor coordination and technical evaluations for new equipment.
• Preparing SOPs protocols and technical documentation related to process engineering activities.
• Supporting regulatory audits including USFDA MHRA EU and other global regulatory audits.
