The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of software applications.
• Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Basic knowledge of database management and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
