Experience in developing 3D CAD models and 2D production drawings using PTC Creo and SolidWorks.
Strong expertise in concept generation parametric modeling detailing large assemblies and cable harness design.
Hands-on experience in mechanical design of automation and instrumentation products.
Experience in HazLoc product design as per global standards including IECEx ATEX FM and CSA.
Proficient in design calculations simulation reports tolerance stack-up analysis and GD&T.
Knowledge of DFMEA DFM Six Sigma tools and NPI/product development lifecycle processes.
Experience working with plastics machining sheet metal components and surface finishing processes.
Hands-on experience with PDM/PLM tools including Windchill and Teamcenter along with ECO/ECR activit
Understanding of interdisciplinary engineering dependencies and system integration concepts.
Strong analytical communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
