Sales Manager (Agency Channel) - Kotak Life Insurance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors/agents.
• Train, guide, and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.
• Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
• Conduct sales meetings and field activities with advisors.
• Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy closures.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity.
• Maintain good relationships with advisors and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, NBFC, or related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
• Candidate should possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
