Job Title - Product Manager (Fintech Domain)

Requirements:-

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to inform product decisions. Define clear product requirements and user stories.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics. Data driven decision making.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Impact based prioritization approach.
• Should be focused on the growth of the key business metric.

Qualification

• Bachelors or masters in Computer Science engineering business or related field.
• Relevant certifications like Product Management Fintech or Data Analytics are a plus.
• 6 years into product management.

Must have

• Strong drafting and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• Basic understanding of Product Management tools i.e. software development tracking tools and road mapping software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify problem and effective solution.

Good to have

• Prior work experience with SEBI NSDL CDSL RBI or stock exchanges is beneficial.
• Knowledge of stock market.
