Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement Conversational AI and GenAI solutions using AWS services.
• Build intelligent voice and chat experiences leveraging Amazon Connect, Bedrock, Lex, and Nova Sonic.
• Develop AI-powered use cases such as Agent Assist, Call Summarization, Sentiment Analysis, and Knowledge Assist.
• Integrate enterprise systems through APIs and cloud-native AWS services.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable contact center transformation solutions.
• Drive innovation using LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Agentic AI capabilities.
