Supplier & Method ensuring quality QA Engineer Job Description/: Our plant operations group 's "Systems Architect " and "Compliance Anchor " is the QA Engineer Quality Management Systems, Audit Compliance & Quality Assurance Governance Specialist. Your main responsibility is to create, audit, maintain, and continuously improve the overall Quality Management System QMS, procedural documentation, and preventative quality frameworks throughout the entire manufacturing facility, while Quality Control QC engineers work on the shop floor performing physical gauge measurements and sorting inline defects. This entails overseeing internal and external regulatory site audits, organising corporate Production Part Approval Process PPAP documents, administering corporate Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, and driving the Corrective and Preventive Action CAPA tracking loops. Key Duties Architecture of the Quality Management System QMS/: Oversee, maintain, and protect the facility 's QMS structure to guarantee perfect compliance with global standards. Plan, coordinate, and carry out internal plant quality system audits while acting as the main technical point of contact for external customer, corporate, or third/-party registrar audits. This is known as audit coordination and internal governance. CAPA Framework Management/: Oversee the remedial and Preventive Action CAPA ecosystem for the entire facility, making sure that deep engineering root/-cause studies are triggered by product or system non/-conformances and that remedial actions are validated for long/-term efficacy. Document Control & Revision Integrity/: Keep complete control over the document repository, overseeing the dissemination of engineering blueprints, standard work instructions, and quality logs at the field level as well as their approval, release, and archiving.
