About the Company - Established in 1996, HiLITE Group is diversified conglomerate headquartered in Kozhikode Kerala. The group has significantly influenced Kerala's modern landscape through its presence in Various sectors including Real estate(residential , commercial and retail),Interior design, business paths, education ,health care ,entertainment and F&B. Responsibilities: Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients. Develop and maintain relationship with clients, providing excellent customer service. conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive pricing. Manage property listings, including marketing and advertising. Schedule and conduct property viewing an inspections. Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies. prepare sales reports and provide updates. Key Skills: Graduate/post graduate with minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG/PROPERTY/PHARMA/AUTOMOBILE/BANKING/INSURANCE sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good team player.
