Job Title: Associate General Manager – Business Development

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate General Manager – Business Development to drive B2B insurance sales and expand corporate partnerships in and around Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in insurance sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business growth through channel and corporate acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B business opportunities in the insurance sector
• Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and business partner
• Drive revenue growth by meeting sales and business target
• Identify new market opportunities and execute business development strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
• Proven experience in corporate/business partner acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill.
• Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
