Customer support

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Handle phone, email, and voicemail quote requests; forward information to the territory manager and/or customer.
• Assist in the bid process by researching, preparing, and obtaining bid documents.
• Enter orders into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
• Update sales opportunities in Salesforce.
• Provide assistance regarding pricing, shipping, product availability, terms, and stock information.
• Help resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
• Qualify leads to support business development initiatives.
