HR Manager

We're Hiring: HR Manager – Hyderabad

Softpath Group, comprising Softpath System, Exceed Management, Softpath Medical, Optevus, Wydur Cybersecurity, Wyber AI, and Medonex, is expanding and looking for an experienced, proactive, and people-focused HR Manager to lead HR operations at our Hyderabad office.

This is a high-visibility leadership role for an HR professional who can build strong teams, strengthen workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and drive strategic HR initiatives across multiple business verticals.

Position Details

Role: HR Manager

Location: Hyderabad – Onsite

Experience: 5–10 years in core HR roles

Industries: IT Services, Staffing, Healthcare, Cybersecurity, and AI/ML Product Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Oversee HR operations, HRIS, payroll coordination, and employee documentation
• Design training, leadership development, and succession-planning programs
• Use HR analytics and workforce data to support management decisions
• Partner closely with business leaders across India and the United States
• Support US operations through effective back-office HR coordination
• Build a high-performance, accountable, and positive workplace culture

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience in core HR operations and people management
• Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience in IT, staffing, healthcare, cybersecurity, or product-development organizations is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with high ownership
