Field Service Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot solar systems.
  
• Provide on-site service and maintenance support.
  
• Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues.
  
• Support dealers and installers with technical assistance.
  
• Submit service reports and coordinate with the ASM.
  
• Travel within the assigned territory for field visits.
  

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy or related field).
  
• 1–3 years of field service experience (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply).
  
• Knowledge of solar systems is preferred.
  
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
  
• Willing to travel extensively.
