Job Title: Asst. Manager/ Manager – Alternative Channel Fulfilment & Order Processing
Department: Supply Chain
Location: Head Office – Mumbai
Education & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate with 4–6 years of relevant experience in order processing sales operations supply chain coordination or warehouse operations. Experience in FMCG beverages or consumer goods industry preferred.

Role Purpose
The role is responsible for efficient order processing and fulfilment for alternative sales channels (MT ECom Institutional and HoReCa). The position ensures timely order execution accurate stock allocation dispatch planning and service-level compliance through close coordination with internal teams C&F partners logistics teams and key account managers.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Fulfilment
• Manage end-to-end order processing for alternative channels in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to confirm order commitments and delivery appointments.
• Plan and coordinate dispatches with C&F agents and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Ensure priority-based stock allocation in line with channel requirements and business priorities.
• Track order status from order confirmation to delivery completion proactively addressing delays or exceptions.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
• Monitor daily inventory availability across warehouses and C&F locations to support order fulfilment.
• Highlight stock shortages allocation conflicts or slow-moving inventory to planning and sales teams.
• Coordinate replenishment planning and stock positioning for key accounts and distribution hubs.
• Work closely with planning and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock availability for alternative channels.

Customer & Channel Partner Support
• Serve as the primary coordination point for order-related communication with Modern Trade E-Commerce and Institutional customers.
• Support Key Account Managers with order fulfilment updates service-level reporting and delivery status tracking.
• Manage resolution of returns short supplies damages and claim documentation including POD follow-ups.
• Ensure strong service standards and proactive issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track and monitor key fulfilment metrics including Dispatch Compliance Order Lead Time Fill Rate and OTIF (On-Time In-Full).
• Publish daily weekly and monthly fulfilment performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance service levels and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports related to order processing and fulfilment activities.

Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong coordination execution and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of supply chain operations order management and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• High level of accuracy attention to detail and process discipline.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume order processing environment.
