Senior Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect information on upcoming product releases from product management and development teams.
• Conduct documentation review meetings and collaborate across agile teams.
• Analyze and structure technical information efficiently.
• Create and manage video-based training materials occasionally.
• Keep up-to-date with documentation trends and technologies.
• Assist marketing colleagues in reviewing newsletters, white papers, and other content.
• Contribute to the support knowledge base by creating or reviewing articles.
• Coordinate translation of documentation with translation coordinators when needed.
• Track work progress, backlog, and provide timely project updates.
• Travel occasionally if required.
