Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and record management. The candidate will be responsible for entering updating verifying and maintaining accurate data while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter update and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  

• Verify data accuracy and correct errors as required.
  

• Prepare and maintain records reports and documentation.
  

• Organize and manage digital and physical records.
  

• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates.
  

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) and data entry software.
  

• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
  

• Strong attention to detail organizational and communication skills.
  

Qualification

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of DR technologies backup solutions cloud DR and recovery procedures. Experience in conducting DR testing documentation and reporting.
