Job Summary:

Job Summary 1. Diesel engine operation from PLC/HMI & Engine capacity more than 3.5MW & Wartsila DG set operation person preferred.

• HFO/FO/LSHS/ fuel oil separator operation knowledge.
• DCS & field Operation of Siemens make Steam Turbines of 12MW of Extraction & back pressure steam turbine & axillaries.
• Knowledge of DG & turbine safe cold, hot startup & shutdown.
• Operation of lube oil separators.
• Axillaries operation like Condensate pumps, & Compressor & oil Pumps.
• Cooling tower operation & chemical treatment of tower cooling water
• Knowledge & participation of TPM , Sanchetna & Sankalp
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• 4.15Mw Wartsila make DG set & its Auxiliaries operation from PLC/HMI
• HFO/FO/LSHS/ fuel oil separator operations.
• DCS & field Operation of Siemens make Steam Turbines of 12.0MW of Extraction & back pressure steam turbine & axillaries.
• Knowledge of DG set& turbine safe cold, hot startup & shutdown
• Operation of lube oil separators.
• PM of all rotary and static equipment of Turbine as per schedule.
• Axillaries operation like compressors ,Condensate pumps, & oil Pumps
• Cooling tower operation & chemical treatment of tower cooling water
• Knowledge & participation of TPM , sanchetna & Sankalp
• Abnormalities identification/rectification during autonomous drill of TPM.
  
  

The Person:

• Educational Qualifications:
• Full Time ITI (Fitter or Diesel mechanic) or Diploma in Mechanical & related subjects 10+ years of relevant experience in sizable or multinational companies
• Knowledge of Basic computer & DCS
• Experience: DG set & steam turbine operations experience of more than 8Years
