The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the Architecture, Workplace Design, Interior Design, or Commercial Fit-out industry.

If building meaningful client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth comes naturally to you, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Identify and develop new business opportunities across the architecture and workplace ecosystem.

✔️ Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, architects, developers, and key decision-makers.

✔️ Lead client discussions, presentations, and business negotiations.

✔️ Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored workplace solutions.

✔️ Drive revenue growth while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

✔️ Maintain CRM records and provide regular business updates.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Workplace Design, Commercial Fit-out, or related industry (Mandatory).

✅ Strong B2B sales and client relationship management experience.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

✅ A proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to work independently.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
