Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead strategic hiring initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on Financial Services recruitment, niche talent acquisition, and leadership hiring. The role requires a proactive recruiter with exceptional headhunting, talent mapping, and stakeholder management capabilities who can partner with business leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent.

This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to grow into a people leadership position over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, leadership, and critical business roles.
• Drive proactive headhunting, talent mapping, and market intelligence to build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics, improve hiring processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  
  

Please note that this role follows a six-day work week: five days Work From Office (WFO) and one day Work From Home (WFH).
