AEM Campaign Developer

• B.S. or B.Tech degree or equivalent
• 5 8-years experience as a Production Associate in an agency environment
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop and/or other common design and layout applications
• Knowledge experience of JavaScript SQL preferred o Knowledge experience of any email marketing tool needed (Adobe Campaign preferred)
• Strong attention to detail o Organized, detail-oriented and thorough
• Work under very tight deadlines gracefully
• Team player, flexible with a great attitude, also able to work independently
• Experience in working in different time-zones

Skills

• Expert in HTML, ability to hand code HTML and recognize possible browser incompatibility for HTML email
• Experience with creation of email campaigns
• Manage assets, includes downloading, checking, uploading into IPS with accurate color profile and cropping settings
• Provide quality on-time delivery of all projects
• Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Design clear engaging graphic communications for multichannel campaign execution. This will include logos, direct mail pieces, branded promotional items, web site and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed.
• Creative Coding of Email (Assets, URLs, text) for all programs (ad-hoc, ecards, etc)
• Testing Links, rendering testing other creative tests
• Set up campaigns (targeting, segmenting, etc)
• Set up workflows for extracts, analytics
• Execute reports or activity feeds
