Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo comprehensive training covering Sales, Product Groups, Technical, and Service capabilities.
  • Take ownership of an independent sales territory and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, understand their needs, and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Utilize sales tools such as sales funnels and Salesforce (SFDC) to optimize sales performance and track opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Travel extensively to understand market dynamics, visit customers, and adapt strategies based on regional nuances.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional results in a team environment.
  • Exhibit proactive thinking, problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrate high integrity and professionalism in all business interactions.
