Content Quality control Specialist

In this role, you will be crucial to ensuring that all content meets our high standards for quality, accuracy, and compliance. This position is ideal for a candidate with excellent communication skills who can work methodically and accurately, implementing corrective measures to ensure our content is polished, error-free, and adheres to our documented standards.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Closely monitor and examine each stage of the entire production process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Segregate posts in accordance with our written quality procedures and standards.
• Ensure that all team members follow documented procedures to maintain a high level of quality.
• Decline posts that are poor in quality, provide constructive feedback to the responsible team members, and ensure that all errors are rectified.
• Interact effectively with colleagues and leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Uphold and ensure the overall quality of the website and its content.
