Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update job descriptions in alignment with hiring needs
  • Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
  • Source and screen candidates through databases, networking, and other channels
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with relevant stakeholders
  • Perform background checks and reference verifications for shortlisted candidates
  • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer rollout
  • Support new hire onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
  • Assist in providing ongoing HR support to new employees and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
