Sr.Test Engineer

Blueberry Digital Labs is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and performance of our web properties. You will have extensive experience with the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), from requirements elicitation to defect reporting and final test summary reports. This position requires hands-on expertise in various testing methodologies and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in an Agile environment.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Work extensively with methodologies such as Waterfall, VnV, and Agile.
• Conduct Requirements Elicitation and prepare comprehensive test scenarios based on those requirements.
• 
  
• Design robust test cases for different test phases, including regression, SIT, ST, and UAT.
• Conduct test case peer reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Prepare the test environment and execute test cases, reporting all defects clearly and accurately.
• Identify and document automatable test scenarios.
• Work closely with the Development team to facilitate defect fixes.
• Document Lessons Learned & Best Practices and socialize them with the team to promote continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive Test Summary Reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with the Test Lead and Manager to provide updates and insights.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive experience in testing methodologies like Waterfall, VnV, and Agile.
• A strong understanding of the complete STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Hands-on experience with functional automation tools such as UFT / Selenium.
• 
  
• Well-versed with all phases of software testing.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sound interpersonal and team working skills.

Education:

• B-Tech, MCA, or M-Tech from a reputed college.
