Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in India.
• Build and nurture C-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify and close new business opportunities, leveraging Sandhata s proven success stories.
• Lead propositions with delivery and pre-sales teams to position Sandhata s solutions effectively.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.

Experience Required

• 10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience , preferably in DevOps, Cloud, Integration, or Digital Transformation services. Strong ability to articulate the business value of solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in sales strategy , pipeline creation & management, forecasting, and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals in banking, telecom, or large enterprises.
• Experience in building and managing client relationships at C-level (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads).
• Strong understanding of India as we'll as experience of the Middle East and APAC s IT services market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
• Expertise in consultative selling , understanding client pain points and aligning solutions accordingly.
• Ability to qualify, structure, present and close complex enterprise deals, including RFP responses and multi-year engagements.
• Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams , setting targets, providing guidance, and driving a high-performance sales culture.
• Experience working with Zoho CRM is desirable.
