HR & Labour Integration HR Executive Job Description/: The main "People Process Anchor" and "Workplace Culture Guardian" at our company is the Human Resources Executive. Your main responsibility is to oversee the full lifecycle of our most important asset our people while department managers concentrate on technical deliveries and executives monitor financial margins. This includes maintaining payroll preparation data, implementing organised employee onboarding, carrying out end/-to/-end recruitment pipelines, spearheading employee engagement programs, and addressing workplace complaints. As the "Guardian of Employee Retention Rates, Time/-to/-Hire Metrics, Labour Law Compliance, HR Database Accuracy, and Workplace Policy Adherence," you assume direct responsibility for transforming corporate HR policies into extremely organised, compassionate, and audit/-ready daily operations. Key Duties End/-to/-End Talent Acquisition/: Carry out the entire hiring process, which includes finding applicants, reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, negotiating pay, checking references, and issuing official offer letters. Onboarding and Lifecycle Management/: Oversee thorough orientation and onboarding programs for new hires, making sure they pass background checks, sign the necessary NDAs, and fit in with their teams. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution/: Serve as the main point of contact for questions from employees, settling disputes between coworkers, recording complaints, and carrying out open disciplinary investigations. Payroll Input & Attendance Coordination/: To create validated, error/-free monthly payroll inputs for the finance department, keep accurate records of daily employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime allowances, and leaves of absence. Employee Engagement & PerformanceReviews/: Plan wellness initiatives, skip/-level meetings, and business engagement events while assisting managers with yearly performance review processes.
