Engineer Injection Moulding _leading MNC

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and optimize injection moulding machine processes and moulds based on defined parameters
• Handle processing of various plastic materials according to material-specific requirements
• Ensure consistent and efficient production by monitoring machine cycles and product quality
• Maintain smooth functioning of all supporting equipment such as chillers, dryers, and material loaders
• Troubleshoot processing issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain product standards
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on machines and equipment
• Train and guide machine operators and shop floor manpower on safe and effective moulding practices
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized working environment
