Talent Acquisition Lead | Early-Stage B2C Portfolio Company Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage B2C portfolio companies in the healthcare space is going to be growing their team over the next 2 years, and is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive all hiring efforts across the business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a talent strategist and business partner to the Founder on all things hiring
• Enhance internal talent acquisition strategies, and processes
• Help build a strong employer brand to attract top talent
• Work closely with the HR Manager to help drive strong internal talent processes and more
• Help drive people operations

Qualifications

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Interest in continuing to actively drive recruitment processes yourself
• Interest in helping drive the HR function beyond just talent acquisition
• Prior experience in startup environment would be an advantage
• Interest in building a B2C healthcare business
