Software Development Team Lead

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework 4.0+, ASP.NET, MVC
• Hands-on expertise with WCF, WPF, WF, LINQ, Entity Framework (EF)
• Experience in enterprise application development and object-oriented design
• Technical leadership experience managing 3–5 software developers
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and ORM technologies
• Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and web application development
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, automated testing, multithreading, debugging, and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, code reviews, and software architecture
• Excellent stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, review, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Drive project delivery, code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and team development.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Lync, Slack, and UI/UX prototyping
• Willingness to travel (15–20%) for project implementation.
