UX Designer

What you will be doing

• Bring industry leading digital UX and design principles for complex and high traffic website.
• Working with both technical and business stakeholders to define a best-in-class online experience for our users.
• Having a working knowledge of accessibility standards, their importance and relevance.
• Support project estimation.
• Understand the high-level requirements for various projects and change requests on Client s Employee facing applications.
• Arrange and conduct workshops, for requirement clarifications/finalisation.
• Plan impact assessment sessions with SMEs for CRM and other impacted domains.
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, sketching, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Presenting design ideas and prototypes to stakeholder and other teams.

Ideally you will have worked with

• High traffic B2B websites/apps/systems. Experience on complex apps and website would be an advantage.
• Experience working on CMS driven websites.
• Must have a portfolio with case studies.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Experience of working in Kanban, but also a Scrum team.
• Understanding of accessibility standards.
• An understanding of development practices and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and their impact on the digital experience.
• A clear understanding of where UX design fits within an organisation and what value it can bring.
• Experience working with BAs, product owners and project managers, to capture, review and agree business requirements.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities.

Systems and software:

• FIGMA- mandatory
• Axure.
• Sketch App.
• Creative Suite.
• InVision and DSM.
• Zeplin.
• Confluence.
• Jira.
• Experience of Siebel and/or Pega (Not essential, but nice to have).
• Other prototyping, user research and testing applications.

Must Haves:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
• Effectively communicate complex information to senior management, stakeholders, and technical teams to gain buy-in and alignment.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams, build consensus, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Understanding Azure Devops and be able to size a project(VROM) with minimal information provided.
