Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle outbound sales for banking products such as Personal Loans and Savings Accounts.
• Assist customers with queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage collections and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Educational: HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of outbound sales experience in the BFSI domain.
• Skills:
• Strong English communication skills (Versant score 3/4 or equivalent).
• Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in achieving targets.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Other: Immediate joiners preferred.
