Description

We are seeking an experienced ITIL professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT service management and a deep understanding of ITIL best practices. You will play a crucial role in improving our IT services and ensuring that they align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement ITIL best practices in IT service management processes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of service management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across IT services and processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery and support.
• Provide training and support to staff on ITIL processes and tools.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in IT service management or related field.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its processes.
• ITIL certification (Foundational or Intermediate level preferred).
• Experience with service desk tools and ITSM software.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
