Customer Service Executive

Role Purpose To generate and manage business for Car Loans by acquiring new customers maintaining dealer relationships and achieving sales targets for vehicle finance products. Key Responsibilities Source new customers for Car Loan through field sales and market visits. Build relationships with vehicle dealers brokers transporters and channel partners. Explain loan products EMI options interest rates and documentation requirements to customers. Generate leads through references cold calling and local market activities. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement. Collect and verify customer documents for loan applications. Ensure timely login and follow-up of loan cases. Maintain customer relationship for repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. Track market competition and customer requirements. Products Handled New Car Loan
