Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Drive campaigns, events, digital marketing , and thought leadership initiatives to position Sandhata as a market leader.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create compelling content, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Manage social media, SEO, our website & it s content to enhance brand engagement.
• Track and analyse marketing performance metrics , optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.

Experience Required

• 10+ years in B2B IT marketing , preferably in DevOps, Cloud, Integration, Low Code/Automation or Digital Transformation services.
• Proven track record in executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting large enterprises.
• Experience in content marketing, brand positioning , and thought leadership.
• Strong understanding of the Global IT services market , competitor landscape, and industry trends.
• Experience collaborating with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Ability to translate complex IT concepts (DevSecOps, Integration, Cloud, Low Code / Automation) into compelling marketing content.
• Expertise in digital marketing strategies , including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Strong storytelling and content development skills , including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).
• Experience in event planning and execution , including industry conferences, webinars, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
