• Sales & Market Execution

• Achieve monthly quarterly and yearly primary & secondary sales targets.

• Conduct regular market visits and outlet coverage as per beat plan.

• Increase product availability and visibility in retail outlets.

• Generate orders from retailers and distributors.

• Ensure proper merchandising and display of products.

• Distributor Management

• Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and order execution.

• Monitor distributor stock levels and secondary sales.

• Support distributors in achieving business targets.

• Ensure timely collection and payment follow-up.
