Job Summary We are looking for a passionate, confident, and patient-focused Aesthetic Physician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical knowledge, strong consultation skills, and the ability to build patient trust while contributing to the clinic's overall growth through patient satisfaction, ethical sales, and business development. Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities - Conduct detailed consultations and evaluate patients' skin, hair, and body concerns. - Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. - Perform aesthetic procedures including: - Botox & Dermal Fillers - PRP & GFC Therapy - Microneedling & RF Microneedling - Chemical Peels - Laser Hair Reduction (LHR) - HIFU & Skin Tightening Treatments - Skin Rejuvenation & Pigmentation Treatments - Body Contouring & Fat Reduction Procedures - IV Wellness & Skin Booster Therapies - Ensure safe treatment practices and maintain the highest clinical standards. - Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up consultations. - Maintain accurate patient documentation, treatment records, and clinical photographs. Patient Management - Deliver exceptional patient care throughout the patient journey. - Build long-term patient relationships through trust, empathy, and professional communication. - Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and maintenance plans. - Manage patient expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Handle patient concerns, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally. Clinic Operations - Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure smooth workflow. - Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and infection control protocols. - Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of clinic equipment. - Coordinate effectively with therapists, nurses, front desk staff, and the management team. - Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, documentation standards, and quality protocols. Business Development, Sales & Upselling - Conduct comprehensive consultations and recommend customized treatment plans based on each patient's concerns and clinical assessment. - Effectively explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, financing options, and expected outcomes. - Convert consultations into treatment plans while maintaining a patient-first and ethical approach. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling complementary treatments, skincare products, maintenance plans, and wellness services that enhance patient outcomes. - Drive treatment package sales and contribute to achieving monthly clinic revenue and consultation conversion targets. - Encourage patient retention through follow-up consultations, maintenance programs, and long-term treatment planning. - Build strong patient relationships to increase repeat visits, referrals, and overall patient lifetime value. - Collaborate with the front office and marketing team to maximize appointment conversions, promotional campaigns, and lead management. - Monitor consultation performance, treatment conversions, sales metrics, and patient satisfaction to support continuous clinic growth. Qualifications - MBBS (Mandatory) - Fellowship or Certification in Aesthetic Medicine, Cosmetology, or Clinical Dermatology preferred. - Valid Medical Council Registration. - MD/DNB Dermatology candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience - 2–5+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic dermatology, or wellness clinics. - Hands-on experience with injectables, lasers, advanced facial aesthetics, and body contouring procedures is preferred. - Demonstrated experience in consultation-based sales, treatment conversions, and patient relationship management is an added advantage. Skills Required - Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. - Excellent consultation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Strong sales acumen with expertise in consultation conversion, upselling, and patient retention. - Ability to confidently present treatment plans and address patient objections. - Leadership and team management capabilities. - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve clinical and revenue targets. - Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous learning.
