\ NWe are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Paid Media to lead media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization for a diverse portfolio of brands.
\ NKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and drivepaid media strategies across digital platforms to achieve brand and business objectives. \ N
- Lead campaign planning,execution, optimization, and performance reporting. \ N
- Partner with clients tounderstand business goals and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations. \ N
- Collaborate with PR, creative, influencer, content, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns. \ N
- Oversee media budgets, forecasting, measurement frameworks, and performance benchmarks. \ N
Requirements:
\ N- \n
- 8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising, preferably within an agency environment. \ N
- Strong expertise acrosspaid media platforms and measurement tools. \ N
- Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns, media budgets, and client relationships. \ N
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. \ N
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive measurable business outcomes. \ N
