Position Designation: Student Success Manager (Counsellor) Experience: 3+ Years Education: Graduate Working Days: 5 Days working Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, especially for European countries (Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, etc.). Manage the complete admission process from counselling to visa filing. Guide students on university selection, applications, documentation, and visa requirements. Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing. Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve admission, enrollment, and conversion targets.
