SR Recruitment Executive_Work from Home

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions across various industries and functions
• Manage hiring requirements from mid-level to senior-level roles
• Source and screen profiles using various channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards for internal review
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent within timelines
