Key Responsibilities:
- Build two-way integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Fusion systems (e.g., syncing customer data, orders, invoices, and employee records).
- Develop integrations using MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or custom REST/SOAP APIs.
- Define and maintain data mappings, error handling, retry mechanisms, and security configurations for integration endpoints.
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, Named Credentials, and Basic Auth.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support sales, service, and customer success workflows.
- Develop Salesforce components: Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable/Scheduled Jobs, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and automation tools.
- Manage Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Email-to-Case, and Case Management processes in Salesforce.
- Work with Oracle Fusion ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, SCM, and HCM.
- Configure Oracle ERP workflows (GL, AP, AR, PO, Inventory, Payroll) as per business requirements.
- Develop and support OIC processes, FBDI/BI Publisher reports, BIP templates, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion with external systems (including Salesforce) using OIC, Web Services, and Oracle REST APIs.
- Ensure data synchronization, transformation logic, error logging, and exception handling across systems.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
