Role- Customer Care For International Call Centers

Job description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international banking customers.
  • Assist customers with account details, transactions, credit/debit card issues, loan inquiries, and banking products.
  • Work with CRM tools to log customer interactions.

Required Candidate profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in international customer support
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to handle international customers
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts
