About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Designer / Developer with strong expertise in NVIDIA Omniverse, OpenUSD (Universal Scene Description), Digital Twin Development, Real-Time 3D Visualization, and Industrial Simulation. This role will focus on building next-generation Factory Digital Twins for advanced manufacturing environments, enabling smart factory operations, simulation-driven decision making, and Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience converting CAD and PLM data into optimized OpenUSD assets, developing Omniverse extensions, improving real-time rendering performance, and creating immersive, data-driven digital twin environments for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities-

• Convert CAD, PLM, and engineering design assets into optimized OpenUSD (USD) environments.
• Create scalable USD hierarchies, variants, materials, metadata, composition layers, and reusable asset libraries.
• Establish OpenUSD best practices for asset governance, validation, naming conventions, and scene management.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated validation of USD assets and Omniverse workflows.
• Build and maintain large-scale Manufacturing Digital Twins and Factory-of-the-Future simulation environments.
• Design and develop custom NVIDIA Omniverse Kit Extensions using Python and C++.
