Regional Credit Manager_HL & LAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end credit underwriting for Business Loans (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgages, and Home Loans
• Lead a team of credit underwriters and ensure adherence to company credit policies and regulatory norms
• Conduct detailed credit appraisals, assess financials, and prepare structured credit notes for approval
• Monitor and manage the loan portfolio, identifying early warning signals and ensuring healthy asset quality
• Track and manage delinquencies, coordinating with collections and recovery teams as required
• Perform regular data analysis and portfolio reviews to identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare and present periodic credit performance reports to senior management
