Senior Front-End Developer

Blueberry Digital Labs is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to lead our development efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building global standard web applications, providing technical leadership, and managing development teams using Agile methodologies. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of our projects, all while guiding and mentoring the team.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Build global standard web applications with hands-on development experience.
• Provide technical leadership for projects and the team through design and code reviews, ensuring the best technical practices are applied.
• Guide the team with technical architecture.
• Manage development teams by conducting daily stand-ups, ensuring sprints are completed on time, and removing dependencies.
• Help teams reduce technical debt through constant code refactoring.
• Work proficiently with Scrum methodology and Agile practices.
• Successfully work under tight project deadlines.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Extreme proficiency with various front-end development technologies, especially React JS and Angular JS.
• Deep experience in managing development teams.
• Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized with good communication and reporting skills.

Education:

• B.Tech or M.Tech in a relevant field.
