Supporting Actions

Design tools dies & Child Part: -

• Creates designs for tube processing Tools/dies jigs fixtures molds (where applicable).
• Creates child parts drawing of Cycle component like Frame/Fork/Handlebar & RIM
• Maintain BOM

Collaboration and Coordination: -

• Work closely with R&D team quality engineers Process Engineers and manufacturing team etc to ensure seamless production flow Tooling trials & timely delivery of parts.

Training & Knowledge: -

• End-to-end exposure: concept design detailing manufacturing support trials
• Good Experience of Designing software CATIA/ SolidWorks AutoCAD

People Development & Audit

• Should have good knowledge of Audit System related to designing field

Project activities

• Detailed child part design
• Engineering calculation & Simulation
• Assembly design review & documentations etc
