Sales Manager _SME Lending_ NBFC Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage relationships with MSMEs operating in the sustainability segment, including agriculture, manufacturing, and services
• Promote and sell loan products tailored for Clean Energy, Clean Mobility, and Renewable sectors
• Achieve sales and disbursement targets for various sustainable finance products
• Conduct client assessments and ensure proper documentation and credit evaluation
• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth loan processing
• Monitor post-disbursement utilization and repayment of loans to ensure portfolio quality
• Stay updated with government schemes, subsidies, and market trends in the sustainability and green finance ecosystem
