Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, creative storytelling, and brand development to drive measurable marketing outcomes and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
• Execute email marketing, lead generation, and landing page optimization activities.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot) and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to create impactful ad creatives and digital assets.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Branding & Communication:

• Support in defining brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.
• Assist in creating engaging brand stories, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate internal communications, product launches, and brand activation events.
• Contribute to corporate storytelling and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and branding/communications.
• Strong working knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
