Associate Vice President (AVP)/Service Delivery Lead (SDL) – SAP OTC/PTP/S4HANA

Conneqt Digital is seeking an experienced AVP/SDL to lead our finance and operations team, ensuring seamless processes in SAP OTC/PTP/S4HANA modules. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the expertise to drive operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

Order-to-Cash (OTC)

• Hands-on expertise in SAP OTC, Sale Order, and Billing modules.
• Manage cash applications, GST, TDS, and customer account reconciliations.
• Lead inter-company and intra-division reconciliations, debtor aging, and AR GL reconciliations.
• Follow up on unapplied/unidentified payments and perform discount analyses.

Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

• Oversee invoice processing, domestic/foreign payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage import/export documentation and travel expense compliance.
• Ensure GST/TDS compliance and vendor account reconciliations.
• Prepare AP schedules, key metrics, and facilitate audit support.

Record-to-Report (RTR)

• Handle journal entries, fixed assets, and inventory management.
• Oversee end-to-end audits, bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

Taxation

• Indirect Tax: GSTR reconciliation (1A, 2A, 2B, 3B, 6, 7, & 9).
• Direct Tax: TDS reconciliation and 26AS alignment.

Leadership & Management

• Manage a team of 125-150 members, with 8+ years of supervisory experience.
• Drive stakeholder management, SLA adherence, and continuous process improvements.
• Prepare key metrics and leverage automation tools for process optimization.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between teams and effective people management.

Qualifications

• Educational: ICWA/CA required.
• Technical:
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP OTC/PTP/S4HANA modules.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reconciliations.
• Experience in audit management, including statutory, tax, and internal audits.
